The aim is to provide natural continuity and further growth, in an institutional and regulated context, to the investment and fund management initiatives already promoted and carried out by the parent company.

The company, currently awaiting authorization to operate, will manage investment funds with a focus on the energy transition, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. The SGR will benefit from the professional expertise of the teams already successfully operating within the Group.
