Technical assistance for the transformation of the Ex Perfosfati in Portogruaro (VE) into a multi-functional centre for sporting, musical and exhibition events, developed within the framework of the "Strategic Projects" platform promoted by the Fondazione di Venezia.
The project aims to transform the former industrial plant into a multi-purpose centre with the aim of enhancing the local tourist area and providing a reference point for young people. Located in an area of over four hectares, the complex covers an area of 5,850 square meters. Interventions include seismic improvement, conservation restoration and the construction of service blocks.
