Capacity building for non-profit organizations in the province of Pistoia

Structuring and implementation of a path to increase strategic knowledge in the non-profit organizations of the territory , developed thanks to the support of Caript Foundation.
Starting from the assessment of training needs, the "Socially Effective" course has been structured in three phases: a first phase of basic teaching (16 hours), a second phase of in-depth teaching (40 hours) and over 60 coaching sessions for 15 non-profit organisations.
The themes addressed were: strategic planning, project management, impact assessment and people raising.
