Technical assistance in the renovation of Villa Chigi Saracini (SI)

Technical assistance for the Municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga (SI) aimed at the configuration of the initiative to enhance Villa Chigi Saracini. The project was developed within the framework of the FOAT platform promoted by the Monte Paschi Foundation in Siena.
The property, in acquisition by the municipality, has an important historical value and occupies a large part of the historic city center.
The project concerns the redevelopment of the complex, including the park, villa, annex and theatre, to return spaces of historical-cultural and naturalistic value to the enjoyment by the community and visitors.
