Tecnical Advisory Fondazione Carisbo in the selection of the operator of the Borgo Digani multi-user service center, in Argelato (BO), a project followed by Sinloc had set up defining the functions and feasibility conditions.
Requirements
The Foundation requested support to identify a manager who would guarantee the pursuit of the objectives of the "Borgo Digani" project and ensure economic autonomy in the management phase.
Features
The project Borgo Digani, in Argelato (BO) is an initiative that Sinloc has supported since the ideation phases, interpreting the address of Carisbo Foundation to search for a social destination for the reuse of a complex owned by him, That it met the needs of the territory and at the same time ensured sustainability in the management phase. In parallel to the implementation phase, Sinloc also worked with the Foundation on identifying the entity that would be responsible for managing the project. Borgo Digani is now a place dedicated to inclusion, wellness and innovation, which hosts a community of accommodation for people with mental disabilities, a multifunctional room open to the realities of the territory and a farm.
Results
The selection was made through a call for expressions of interest procedure, drawn up by Sinloc and to which three groups of social private operators submitted tenders. Sinloc also supported the verification and evaluation of the proposals received.
