Drafting of a technical feasibility study based on energy consumption, needs, and sharing potential of the Municipality of Modigliana, supporting the selection of the most suitable primary substation for the creation of the Renewable Energy Community (REC), and aggregating data collected from citizen engagement activities through public presentations and expressions of interest. This is aimed at developing a forecasted business plan to assess the REC's impact on the area. The activity also includes choosing the best legal configuration. The project is supported by Fondazione Cariforlì under the 'Bando Distretto2021'.
