Technical assistance aimed at the redevelopment of Villa Levi Morenos

Direct technical assistance for the restoration and enhancement of Villa Levi Morenos a Mira (VE). The intervention aims to transform the villa into an hub of a new system of services and urban connections. The project includes interventions on the main building, the side wings, the "casa del caffè", the "stables", and the "L-shaped" building, as well as the arrangement of the garden.
The total estimated investment is approximately 6.8 Mln/€. The Villa has a net area of 1,547 sqm, with an additional 86 sqm for the "casa del caffè" and 69 sqm for the stables. The project is supported by the Venice Foundation under the 'Strategic Projects Call for Proposals'.
