Structuring the operation for the implementation of the gas network in basin 24

Assistance in structuring the financing and equity investment transaction for Sherden Gas Bacino 24 aimed at building a gas network. The activity involved counterparty analysis, technical verification of financing conditions, and analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the transaction and the counterparty. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability. The activity also involved the development of sensitivity and scenario analyses.
