Jessica Sardegna – Structuring operation for the construction of the cruise terminal in Cagliari

Assistance in structuring the financing operation for Cagliari Cruise Port for the construction of the cruise terminal, through the Jessica Sardegna Fund. The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, and the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and the counterparty. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability. Moreover, the sensitivity and scenario analyses were developed.
