Support to the Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena in activating a Revolving Fund for Technical Assistance (FOAT) aimed at local authorities in the Siena area to support the configuration of sustainable and impactful projects to be submitted under PNRR and Structural Funds lines. As part of the project, two municipalities were identified to be supported: the Municipality of Siena and the Municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga.
