R&I Fund – Structuring funding operation for software development for AI use.

Technical assistance in structuring the financing operation for Nemea Sistemi srl, aimed at the development of AI-based software for reading satellite images (SAR), through the Research & Innovation Fund. The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, and the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the transaction and the counterparty, also with respect to different scenarios. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability.
