R&I Fund – Structuring financing operation to develop a waste water distillation system

Technical assistance in the structuring of the financing operation to Blue Shark SRL for the realisation of a system for the extraction of water from emulsions, granulates and solutions, through the Research & Innovation Fund. The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and of the counterparty, also under different scenarios. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability.
