R&I Fund – Structuring Financing Operation for the ‘FOAK STEM’ Project

Technical assistance in structuring the financing operation for Magaldi Power SPA aimed at scaling up the "FOAK STEM" project concerning the production of electricity using innovative methods (STEM technology), through the Research & Innovation Fund. The activity involved counterparty analysis, technical verification of financing conditions, and analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and counterparty. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability.
