R&I Fund – Structuring financing operation for the development of AI-based marketing platforms

Technical assistance in the structuring of the financing operation for an AI-based software for marketing actions, through the Research & Development Fund. The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and of the counterparty. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability. In addition, sensitivity and scenario analysis was developed.
