R&I Fund – Structuring Financing Operation for the Development of a Design Collaboration Room

Technical assistance in the structuring of the financing transaction to Nurjana Technologies Srl for the realisation of a design collaboration room for aerospace applications, through the Research & Innovation Fund. The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and of the counterparty, also under different scenarios. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability.
