R&I Fund -Structuring Financing Operation for Software Development against Environmental and Anthropogenic Risks

Technical assistance in the structuring of the financing operation to Technology Advising SRL aimed at the creation of software capable of controlling risky environmental or anthropic events, through the Research & Development Fund. The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and of the counterparty, also under different scenarios. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability.
