R&I Fund – Structuring Financing Operation for Quality Control Observation Station Development

Technical assistance in the structuring of the financing operation to Step Sud Mare SRL for the construction of an intelligent quality control station (PARUSIA project), through the Research & Innovation Fund. The activity involved counterparty analysis, technical verification of the financing conditions, and analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and the counterparty. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting on sustainability.
