R&I Fund – Structuring Financing Operation for Development of a Testing System for Materials (ITHERMAL)

Technical assistance in the structuring of the financing operation to I.M. Innovative Materials SRL for the realisation of an innovative high-temperature testing system for aerospace materials, through the Research & Development Fund. The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, and the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the transaction and the counterparty. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability.
