R&I Fund – Funding operation for the development of a software to monitor livestock diseases

Technical assistance in the structuring of the financing operation for Farm4Trade SRL aimed at the creation of a software to investigate livestock diseases, through the Research & Innovation Fund. The activity involved counterparty analysis, technical verification of the financing conditions, and analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and the counterparty, also under different scenarios. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability.
