Operational strategy for the commercial enhancement of Bertinoro historic centre

Assistence to the Municipality of Bertinoro in the drafting of an operational strategy focused on trade issues for the valorisation and attractiveness of the historic centre.
At the centre of the study were measures to: incentivise the presence of basic services and extend the offer of public businesses to the whole day, simplify the process of temporary uses to combat depopulation and counter the flight of economic activities to the suburbs, and identify an alternative system to allow activities to equip themselves with additional outdoor spaces.
