Masterplan and prospective management plan of the Brescia Castle

Drafting of a Master Plan and a Prospective Management Plan for the enhancement of the Castle of Brescia through the systematization of the planned intervention hypotheses and the definition of a unitary and coordinated management model. The activities were initially concentrated on the definition of an organic vision of the program of interventions underway for the recovery of the Fortress, estimating the overall financial requirement. Subsequently, the current organizational and economic-financial aspects were examined in depth with a view to medium and long-term sustainability and a management model for the complex was identified.
