Jessica Sardegna – Structuring trolleybus purchase transaction public transport company Cagliari

Technical assistance in structuring the financing transaction to CTM SpA aimed at the purchase of some trolleybuses through the Jessica Sardegna Fund. The activity concerned the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, the analysis of the economic viability of the transaction and the counterparty. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project and understanding the main variables that impact on sustainability. In addition, sensitivity and scenario analysis was developed.
