Jessica Sardegna – Structuring operation for gas network implementation in basin 33

Assisted in structuring the financing transaction to Isgas 33 aimed at the construction of a gas network. The activity involved counterparty analysis, technical verification of financing conditions, and analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the transaction and the counterparty. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables that impact sustainability. The activity also involved the development of sensitivity and scenario analyses.
