Jessica Sardegna – Renovation of municipal building to be used for catering activities

Verification of the bankability and financeability of the Municipality of Borutta - in Sassari region - with the aim of providing financing, through the Jessica Sardegna Fund, for the public evidence procedure for the identification of the market operator for the renovation of a municipal building to be used for catering activities. Sinloc's activity includes the structuring of the financing and the analysis of the project's financial and procedural feasibility.
