Jessica Sardegna – Redevelopment of ‘Roberta Serradimigni’ sports hall

Verification of the economic-financial feasibility of the project for the redevelopment of the "Roberta Serradimigni" Palasport sports area. In particular, structuring of a loan, through the Jessica Sardegna Fund, in favour of the Municipality of Sassari. Sinloc was in charge of verifying the project's economic-financial sustainability and supported Banco di Sardegna in the analysis of creditworthiness as well as in the preparation of the financing preliminary investigation.
