Jessica Sardegna – Construction of residential centre for disabled rehabilitation a Cagliari

Verification of the economic and financial feasibility of the project for the construction of a multifunctional structure dedicated to the reception of young and adult persons with intellectual and relational disabilities. In particular, structuring of a financing, through the Jessica Sardegna Fund, in favour of Anffas onlus of Cagliari. Sinloc was in charge of verifying the economic and financial sustainability of the project and supported Banco di Sardegna in the analysis of creditworthiness as well as in the preparation of the loan application.
