Support for strengthening Parmakids APS through organizational analysis, the drafting and implementation of a development plan aimed at acquiring advanced tools and skills for activity planning and control, through the implementation of a monitoring and results evaluation system, improving operational and strategic effectiveness, as well as structuring a people-raising campaign targeting members and volunteers.
