Technical assistance for Siena’s Municipality within the ‘ConVerSi’ project: transformation, governance, impact.

Technical assistance to the Municipality of Siena in the context of the ConVerSi Masterplan with particular attention to the redevelopment project of the Fortezza Medicea and the San Marco complex. The activity includes an in-depth analysis from an organizational-managerial and service model point of view, the definition of possible governance models for the initiatives and the identification and maximization of the socioeconomic impact levers.The project is supported by the Monte dei Paschi Foundation under the 'FOAT - Rotating Technical Assistance Fund'.
