Drafting of the economic and financial plan and sustainability analysis for the project related to the construction and management of an underground parking of about 600 parking spaces, under Monte Benedetto in Merano (BZ)

Requirements

The development of a financial business plan to identify the profitability and sustainability of the investment so as to be able to submit a promoter proposal to the Municipality.

Features

The activities carried out within the scope of the assignment focused on the verification of the sustainability and bankability profiles of the initiative, in the identification of the optimal financial structure, supporting the drafting of the draft agreement and the drafting of the Financial Economic Plan and the supporting report.

Results

The business plan and the related report allowed the client to present an offer consistent with the objectives of the client and to maximize the value of the transaction from the financial and risk management point of view.
The Municipality, following the verification of the tenders received, granted its preference to the project submitted by Central Parking (in ATI Ribo Skyline srl, Seeste Bau Srl, Obfinim SpA, P.A.C. SpA and Carron Bau Srl) and initiated the tender procedure, which saw the award by the promoter.
