Feasibility study for the redevelopment of historic buildings in the municipality of Verbania

Feasibility study, promoted within the Call "Urban Perspectives" of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, for the redevelopment of historic buildings in the north-eastern area of the municipality of Verbania, in particular around the complex of «S. Luigi», former college of the late '800.
The study was developed based on five fundamental pillars: living (for older people and generational mix), connections (to make the city safer), services (social inclusion of fragile people), public spaces (usability of the city) and some intangible shares (outdoor assets).
