ESIN, CARING project – NESOI

Technical assistance for the definition of an action plan for the launch of energy transition projects, developed within the European Facility NESOI and promoted by the European Federation of Small Islands.
Based on industry best practices, the project involved citizens and stakeholders from Île aux Moines (FR), Inishbofin (IE), the Nagu archipelago (FI), Fur and Venõ (DK) and Ulva (UK) in a participatory process for initiating energy transition projects. The initiative supported energy audits to develop the results of the co-planning in the form of a Clean Energy Transition Agenda (CETA).
