Connecting Lines – Support to the application for the Welfare Connected 2024 call of Cariparma Foundation

The "Linee Connettive" project responds to the growing need to optimize the management of health and social services in the territory of Parma, in a context of progressive population ageing and increasing socio-economic inequalities, They require an integrated and accessible welfare system. The objective of the initiative is to enhance and/or develop digital solutions for internal use and interface with external stakeholders, which contribute both to combat duplication of data and resources and improve the efficiency of management processes. The project is carried out thanks to the support of Fondazione Cariparma within the framework of the call «Welfare Connected» 2024.
