Cicsene Association: strengthening project

Implementation of the executive development plan financed by the "Next Generation You 2022" call from Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo in favor of Cicsene, an association that deals with combating housing hardship.
The project aims to strengthen activities accompanying and promoting housing policies, through the efficiency of internal workflows and the provision of financial products to support.
The activity includes the verification of the progress of planned actions and the overall respect of deadlines and budgets, as well as the identification of any deviations, the processing of the remodulations and the mitigation of possible critical issues.
