Consultancy for the drafting of the 2022-2024 business plan of INTESA SpA, a public utility company active in the provinces of Siena, Arezzo and Grosseto, with participation from 48 Tuscan municipalities.
Sinloc’s task was divided into two consecutive phases: the definition of the guidelines of the Industrial Plan in relation to the business areas to be activated and economic-planningfinancial, by defining quantitative assumptions consistent with the guidelines defined.
The Plan focused on service-related growth targets in energy efficiency and sustainable energy production.
