Application for the V call L.338/2000 of the project for the reconversion of Palazzo del Ghiaccio in La Spezia

Program Management activities, drafting the document responding to the local need for university residences (analysis of the demand for student accommodation and current supply) and evaluating the sustainability of the operation, which offers 52 places for university students to stay in an environment designed for socialising and living comfort, created inside a historic building in the city centre, in a strategic position with respect to the main university buildings and the Conservatory.
