Alliance for Caregivers – Support to the application for the Welfare Connected 2024 call of Cariparma Foundation

"Alliance for Caregivers" addresses the support needs of family caregivers, who play a central role in caring for vulnerable, elderly, or disabled individuals. In Parma, the population is aging, and there is a rise in chronic-degenerative diseases, making family networks increasingly essential for caring for non-self-sufficient individuals. However, caregivers often face challenges in accessing support services and navigating existing, often fragmented, information. The project aims to improve the quality of life for caregivers and their loved ones in vulnerable conditions by providing tools for resource integration.
